Before booking, we will have a pre-wedding consultation.
Our first meeting will be 30-45 days out from your wedding to download all your vendor information and any other pertinent wedding details.
We will meet at your venue and do a walkthrough to determine where everything should go and how you want everything decorated. If your venue has a decor closet, we will go through that to pick out what you want to use.
During your FP&D Meeting, we will talk through timeline details and narrow down what your wedding day expectations are. From there, I will create your timeline and share it with you!
Once we have all your vendor information, an initial email will be sent to your vendors letting them know that Willow Tree Planning is your point of contact. Closer to your wedding date, we will be in touch with all your vendors to coordinate arrival times and detail any logistics that need to be sorted out.
During your planning period, feel free to email or text any questions you have. During the month of your wedding, we open all lines of communication and welcome your questions and concerns!
We will be there to help coordinate the wedding party for rehearsal and run through the ceremony.
We will help coordinate and be your point of contact for your wedding day.
Approximately four hours before your ceremony start time, the WTP team will arrive to help set up and confirm your floor plan.
We will have all vendor arrival times listed in the day of timeline and keep track of vendors as they arrive and set up.
The WTP team will be here, assisting in any way we can through the ceremony and reception.
The WTP team will stay after send-off to break down, load all personal items, and clean the venue.
Total payment can be broken up to a maximum of four payments.
The total number of hours dedicated to this package is approximately between 12 and 13.
