We offer virtual consultations or in-person meetings in Chattanooga or Cleveland, TN. Some bridal clients skip the inquiry and go straight to setting up a consultation. Either way is good for us! And consultations are always free!

After the consultation, we will send you a contract for whichever wedding planning package you chose. This is for you and your fiancé to sign. Once signed, we will set up our first planning meeting. We will talk through the wedding planner documents that we have specialized for your wedding. You can tell us your vision and what your wedding expectations are; then, we will get to work!

When you book a planning package, we designate meetings on a biweekly or monthly basis to catch up, chat about vendor selections (ask about our recommended vendors in the Chattanooga and Cleveland, TN area), work through the to-do list, and hammer out the tiny details. We have a specific wedding planning list that we curate to your wedding to help make the planning journey smoother!
Day-of coordinating
The wedding planning has paid off and your wedding day is finally here! The end of our process concludes with us making sure that your day goes as planned with us as your day-of wedding coordinators and you leave the celebration a married couple! Wedding coordinating success to us looks like a happy bridal couple!
